21 Days of Prayer and Fasting Join us January 11th - February 1st

11:1 Groups

A circle of 2-5 people who meet regularly to grow their relationship with Jesus and one another.

“Follow me, as I follow Christ.” - 1 Corinthians 11:1

HOW DO 11:1 GROUPS DIFFER FROM TABLE GROUPS

Both Table Groups and 11:1 Groups are essential at Destiny Church—but they serve different purposes.

Table Groups are primarily about community and connection.

They are larger, open gatherings designed to help people build relationships, feel known, and find their place in the

church family.

11:1 Groups are primarily about discipleship and spiritual formation.

They are smaller, more intentional circles focused on Scripture, prayer, obedience, and helping one another follow

Jesus more closely.

Table Groups help people belong.

11:1 Groups help people become disciples.

We believe people grow best when they experience both.

Who Are 11:1 Groups For?

Everyone. Men, Women, Teenagers. Families. New believers and seasoned believers.

If you want to grow in your faith and walk with Jesus intentionally, you belong in an 11:1 Group.

Who Can Facilitate an 11:1 Group?

Anyone.

You do not need a title, special training, or Bible college experience. If you can read Scripture, pray with others, and meet consistently, you can facilitate a group.

Facilitating an 11:1 Group is about obedience, not expertise.

How Do 11:1 Groups Form?

11:1 Groups form in simple, natural ways:

• You invite 2–5 people to join you

• You join an existing group

• A group grows and naturally multiplies

• Stop by our Next Steps Wall and talk to an 11:1 Coach for more information.

Groups can meet online, via phone call or text, in homes, coffee shops, before or after work, during lunch

breaks, or wherever life happens.
