Q: Do groups really have to end after 12 months?
Yes, that’s the goal. The 12-month design creates intentional multiplication. Relationships don’t end—but the group structure does so new circles can form.
Q: What if I don’t feel ready to lead after a year?
That’s okay. You can continue growing. Nobody is forced.
Q: Can groups stay together after 12 months if they want to?
The heart of 11:1 Groups is multiplication, and the 12-month mark is designed to create a natural moment to pray, evaluate, and take a next step. In many cases, groups will disassemble so new circles can form.
However, we also recognize that discipleship is relational, and growth happens at different speeds. There are seasons where trust is still being built, confidence is still growing, or someone simply isn’t ready to lead yet—and that’s okay.
Groups may continue together for a season with intentional conversations about multiplication. The key question is never “Can we stay together?” but “What is God preparing us for next?” Our posture is always obedience over comfort and mission over maintenance—while allowing grace for where people are in their journey.
Q: How many people should I disciple next?
Typically 1–4 people. Small circles multiply best.
Q: What if life happens and I need to pause?
Grace is built into the system. Pausing does not mean failing.
Q: Who supports group leaders?
Every leader is connected to a Discipleship Coach who walks with them consistently.
Q: Is this just another program?
No. This is a lifestyle of discipleship designed to shape our entire church. This isn’t just “something we do”, this is "who we are.”
